Judy will introduce you to traditional ingredients that make Mediterranean food uniquely delicious. We'll walk you through the steps for preparing homemade focaccia--from mixing the dough to shaping and baking it to perfection. You'll enjoy working along side your "classmates" as you master techniques for marinating, roasting, baking, creating sauces from scratch and more. Join us and discover how easy it can be to recreate your favorite Mediterranean flavors at home.
